Heard Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned Standing Counsel-cum- Spl.Public Prosecutor for Appellant/ACB and Sri M.Devi Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent/accused. 3. It is submitted that Sri Katta Vinayaka Rao i.e., respondent/accused is no more, and he died on 13.04.2026. Copy of death certificate is also placed on record. 4. The appeal is filed by the State challenging the judgment of acquittal. 5. In the light of the death of respondent/accused, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
