It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had passed away on 24.07.2026. 3. Mr.L.Gokulraj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would also submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court, the petitioner has been called for enquiry twice and he had participated in the said enquiry and after which, the second respondent had sent a proposal to the first respondent to disburse the terminal benefits to him. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner had passed away and that a proposal had already been approved and forwarded, the respondents shall permit the legal heirs of the petitioner to make a fresh application and their request shall be processed taking into consideration the fact that the terminal benefits have been approved insofar as the deceased Government employee is concerned. 5.
