2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.17107 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.21021 of 2023 vide order dated 30.10.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required.
