Learned counsel for the appellant upon instructions of his client, submits that during pendency of the appeal, the present appellant and the respondents have settled their dispute outside the Court. 2. In that view of the matter, no further proceedings is required to be undertaken in the present first appeal. 3. Accordingly, while maintaining the impugned judgment and decree, the present appeal stands disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 4. However, the appellant is at liberty to move an application for revival of the present civil first appeal, if any cause of action still survives. 5.
