It is not in dispute that petitioner was offered appointment on the post of Assistant Review Officer in the year 2012 and in 2017 he has been promoted to the post of Review Officer in Uttarakhand Secretariat. The representation made by petitioner is on record as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. 6. Mr. Pankaj Miglani, learned counsel appearing for the Public Service Commission assures that decision, if already not taken, shall be taken within three months. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
