Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P. Sarmah, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for recalling/dispensing with the order of personal appearance of the Page No.# 2/2 respondent/contemnor, as directed by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2025 and 02.12.2025, in Contempt Case (C) No. 576/2024. 3. Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per direction of this Court, in W.P.(C) No. 7175/2022, vide order dated 28.04.2023, the matter was to be placed before the State Level Committee (SLC hereinafter) by the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the School Education Department and as such, the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the School Education Department had placed the case of the petitioner before the SLC. But, on 31.10.2025, the SLC had dismissed the claim of the petitioner. And in that view of the matter, the direction issued by this Court to the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the School Education Department has been complied with and under such circumstances, his personal appearance before this Court may be dispensed with. 4. Mr. P. Sarmah, learned counsel for the opposite party, however, submits that he has no objection in the event of dispensing with the personal appearance of the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the School Education Department. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed dispensing with the personal appearance of the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the School Education Department before this Court until further order. 6.
