The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority on or before 10.08.2026, failing which, the present petition will stand dismissed automatically without any further orders from this Court. 4. If the cost is paid within the stipulated time, the Registry shall number the writ appeal and list the matter for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order. 5.
