Having heard learned Counsel for the applicant and having perused the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of and delay in filing the review petition is condoned. Review Petition No.02 of 2026 3. Be registered. Notice. M/s Jeet Singh and Bhavinta, learned Counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, respectively. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:1282 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is an error apparent in the order, review of which is being prayed for, as the reasons which were given in the petition, have not been appreciated in their correct perspective in the order under challenge. 5. Having perused the order, review of which is being sought, this Court is of the considered view that that there is no error apparent therein. This Court has assigned reasons, as to why, it did not concur with the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and in case the petitioner was aggrieved by the findings so returned, it should have had sought appropriate remedy against the order, but review is not maintainable as there is no error apparent on the face of it. 6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. (Ajay Mohan Goel) Judge January 06, 2026 (Rishi)
