Perla Nookaraju The Court made the following: 3 BSB, J W.P.No.17337 of 2026 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the order in Rc. No. 2504 / 2025 / D4, dated 06.02.2026, passed by the respondent No.3 in R.O.R. revision to the extent of land belonging to petitioner admeasuring an extent of Ac. 0.96 cents in Sy. No. 152-7, Ac. 0.20 cents in Sy. No.152-8, Ac. 0.17 cents in Sy. No. 152-9, Ac.0.31 cents in Sy. No. 152-11 and Ac. 0.41 cents in Sy. No. 52-12, total Ac.2.05 cents situated at Gudepuvalasa village, Bhogapuram mandal, Vizianagaram district as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, violation of principles of natural justice besides contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently to direct the official respondents herein not to alter the revenue entries standing in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject lands and to pass such other order or orders.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the fresh proceeding of the respondent No.4 / The District Revenue Officer, Vizianagaram. 3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4 BSB, J W.P.No.17337 of 2026 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the above said liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
