judgment and order dated 08.05.2026 and submits that it is a case of parity.
7. The bail application of the Applicants has been vehemently opposed by the learned State Counsel.
8. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicants have made out a case for bail.
9. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicants, who have been accused in FIR/Case Crime No.131 of 2026, under Sections 3, 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, at Police Station Kotwali Ranipur, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
