These bail applications have been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 09/2025 registered at Police Station SOG District ATS and SOG, Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 3,4,6 and 2(CH)(II) and 10 of [2026:RJ-JP:9711] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-17041/2025] Rajasthan Public Examination(Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.07.2025 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 9047/2025. Learned counsel also submits that petitioners are in custody since long. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been filed and conclusion of trial may take long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in custody and therefore, prays that the petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners hereinabove. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners that charge-sheet has already been filed; co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.07.2025 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 9047/2025 and trial will take considerably long time in its conclusion. Without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 5. Therefore, these bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioners Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Sharwan Kumar & Manish Budiya S/o Shri Ramshivir are ordered to be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two [2026:RJ-JP:9711] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-17041/2025] sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6.
