When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, has submitted that there was an element of mistake in the calculation and hence, a direction may be issued to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board to deposit the sum of Rs.6,72,771/- within a time frame fixed by this Court. 5.
