For Petitioner(s): Mr. B.Arvind Srevatsa For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Ganesh kumar Counsel for Government for R1 to R3 Mr.H.Adaikala Arockiaraj for R4 & R5 ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondents 2 and 3 to restrain them from entering into or interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property measuring an extent of 90 cents and 61 cents, totaling 1 acre and 51 cents, in S.No. 25/3A and 25/3B in Tharapakkam Village. 2. While matters stood thus, on a vexatious complaint lodged by the private respondents, the 3rd respondent entered with force, trespassed into the petitioner’s property, and demolished the petitioner's compound wall. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. The learned counsel for Respondents 4 and 5 submitted that, based on the alleged complaint, the petitioner had encroached upon a portion of their land and erected a compound wall. Upon receipt of the complaint from respondents 4 and 5, the 3rd respondent demolished the compound wall. In this regard, a civil suit has already been filed by the petitioner in O.S. No. 22 of 2026 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur. 4. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and Respondents 4 and 5. If any cognizable offense is made out, the 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate action against Respondents 4 and 5 in accordance with the law. 5.
