Challenging the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 29.04.2025 passed in O.A.No.426 of 2025, the present writ petition is filed. 2. The original applicant before the Central Administrative Tribunal is the writ petitioner. The Central Administrative Tribunal directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the applicant dated 28.01.2025 and to pass reasoned order. 3. Curiously, the said effort had already been taken by the writ petitioner in the year 2022. Earlier, he filed Original Application No.813 of 2021, challenging the order dated 28.08.2021. The Tribunal disposed of the O.A. at the admission stage, directing the official respondents to consider the representation and pass appropriate order. Perusal of the order would show that the departmental dues are yet to be settled by the writ petitioner and other than the departmental dues, dues to the Society etc. also has been detailed in the said order. The department has made it clear that in the absence of settling all the dues, they will not be in a position to process the pension papers of the writ petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance to the order of the year 2022, the petitioner has made some deposits. If so, the said deposit may be verified and if there is no impediment for processing the pension papers, the same may be considered as directed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 6. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the dispense with petition in W.M.P.No.31931 of 2026 is ordered and W.M.P.Nos.31932 & 31933 of 2026 are closed.
