The petitioners are accused in C.C.No. 996/2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai ) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai. Immediately after registration of FIR, look out circulars had been issued against the petitioners for the reason that the petitioners would fly away. However, after completion of investigation in the criminal case, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance by the trial court in C.C.No. 996/2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai ) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai. Further, already the passports of the petitioners were seized and produced before the trial court. Therefore, keeping the look out circulars pending would serve no purpose.
