Mr. Yash Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs of Original Suit No.524 of 2022, title as Jagmohan Bahukhandi and Another vs. Praveen Kumar and Others. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the written statement has already been filed, but the defendants/ respondents are adopting delaying tactics. The suit is pending since 2022 and pleadings have already been exchanged even issues have also been framed and issue nos.1 and 2 have been decided in favour of the plaintiffs. 4. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 5. Taking into consideration that the suit was filed in the year, 2022 and pleadings have been exchanged and issues have also been framed, therefore, the learned trial court have to make an effort to expedite the proceedings. 6. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Divison), Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of the Original Suit No.524 of 2022, as early as possible, preferably within 2026:UHC:3887 three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.
