The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhurki PS Case No.6 of 2025, for offence registered under section 64(1), 109, 103(1), 238, 351(3)/35 of the BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned ACJM, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations of putting the deceased on fire has been made against the petitioners, however, that was an accident as she has received burn injury while she was cooking food and the police has investigated the matter and has submitted the final form whereby the petitioners have not been sent up for trial. However, on protest petition, the learned court has been pleased to take cognizance. He 2026:JHHC:10109 2 next submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the petitioners and the informant and the informant has settled the matter. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the learned court on the basis of the protest petition, has been pleased to take cognizance. 5. Learned counsel for the informant accepts the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that now the informant has settled the matter with the petitioners. 6. In view of the above and considering that the informant has realized that the deceased has died due to accident while she was cooking food and in view of that, the informant has settled the matter with the petitioners, and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, above named, are, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and the learned court shall release the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 7.
