An endorsement has also been made to that effect in the case bundle. 3.Recording the said submission and also the endorsement made in the case bundle, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case, which is at the S.R. stage, also stands dismissed.
