On 15.06.2026, the following order was passed: “The learned Assistant Government Pleader, in the office of the learned Advocate General, appearing for the respondents, submits that, the detenue has been remanded to judicial custody, after being produced before the learned Magistrate. Post on 29.06.2026.” 3. Sri Kosaraju Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue has been remanded to judicial custody. He further submits that he has received instructions from the petitioner that the detenue would apply for bail. There is no challenge to the remand order in this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the remand of the detenue to judicial custody, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as prayed.
