This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 262 days in filing the above appeal. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. Despite sufficient opportunity having been granted to the respondents to file their counter affidavit, the same has not yet been filed. 4. On a perusal of the records it is seen that the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory. However, in order to afford an opportunity to the petitioner to contest the matter on merits, the delay of 262 days is condoned, subject to the payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the respondents.
