SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 28.10.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 24370 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent raised objection and stated that the reasons furnished by the petitioners are not sufficient to condone the delay. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
