The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of Second Appeal No.221 of 2017 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 26.11.2025. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that 2 due to unavoidable circumstances he could not appear before the court when the matter was called on 26.11.2025 and the case was dismissed for want prosecution. He would further submit that matter pertains to property rights of the parties and the appellants are willing to prosecute the Second Appeal. Therefore, the Second Appeal No.221 of 2017 may be restored. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the MCC stands allowed and Second Appeal No.221 of 2017 is restored to its original number.
