The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court only on three occasions. Therefore, he opposed the prayer sought for in the present petition. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.7470 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
