This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the above said proceedings of the second respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants, if any, affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.20435 of 2026 3.
