Zhimomi, learned Public Prosecutor appears for the sole respondent. Page No.# 2/2 3. The direction passed in WP(C) No.213/2022 vide order dated 26.06.2025 was directed to the Revenue Court/Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, to hear the matter afresh and to arrive at finding with regard to all the issues and thereafter, disposed of the same by a speaking order. 4. By filing the compliance affidavit, the sole respondent has enclosed the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in the instant case by which the case of the petitioner was dismissed as not maintainable before the concerned forum and the petitioner was given the liberty to approach the competent Civil court to determine the issues relating to title and/or adverse position, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5. This Court finds that the direction of this Court in WP(C) No.213/2022 has been complied with, and accordingly, this petition is closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
