This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 29.08.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 23282 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is contended that the petitioner did not know about the nature of the order and only after the revenue officials came to the property for survey, he came to know about the nature of the order passed, leave had been granted to file the appeal. 3.Notice had been served on the respondents and the respondents entered appearance. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent, to be printed in the cause list.
