No.14771 of 2026 ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6508 of 2026 in Crl.A. (MD)No.367 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026. 2. This Court, while suspending the sentence, imposed the conditions that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not involve in any other offence in future. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 70 days, by staying at Chennai and reporting before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and also filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police as directed by this Court. 4. No.14771 of 2026 petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6508 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.367 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. 5.
