1. The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition alleging non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3698/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 14.03.2024, the respondents allowed him to continue his service on the post of G.N.M., however, with the
[2026:RJ-JP:13815] (2 of 2) [CCP-1093/2024] change of placement agency, they were not allowing the petitioner to work, and therefore, he moved the present contempt petition.
3. Learned Additional Advocate General, Mr. Vigyan Shah, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in terms of instructions as received, the petitioner has not been disturbed rather he has been allowed to work continuously even after the change of placement agency.
4. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed off.
6. Notices stand discharged.
