Suokhrie, learned Additional Advocate General for the State. Upon instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement made in paragraph 7 of the affidavit-in- opposition filed by respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 on 19.03.2026, wherein it has been stated that the representation dated 06.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner has been recorded and that her name is under consideration for appointment to a Grade-IV post in the next recruitment process for Office Peon. In view of the said statement, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again, if so advised. Prayer is allowed. The matter stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
