At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after filing of the present petition seeking quashment of the proceedings, charges have already been framed by the trial Court. In view thereof, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order framing charge. 3. Learned State Counsel endorses the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh challenging the order framing charge, if so advised. 5.
