Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the proposed 2nd respondent had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 3. Today, the proposed 2nd respondent is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4.
