JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER Date : 11-05-2026 This petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 17.04.2025 passed in WP(C)/131/2020. The learned counsel for the applicant in I.A.(Civil)/78/2026 has submitted that a copy of the aforesaid orders passed by this Court have been served upon the present incumbent holding the post of Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Nagaland on 28.04.2026 and accordingly, a receipt of the Letter forwarding the orders of this Court is also annexed as Annexure-1 to the interlocutory application. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present incumbent, namely, Mr. Tiameren Chang has not taken any steps to ensure compliance of the Orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, she prays that the present incumbent in the post of Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Nagaland be impleaded as a party respondent in COP(C)/1/2026. 2. Having gone through the records, this Court is of the opinion that notice has been served regarding passing of orders dated 17.04.2025 in Page No.# 4/4 WP(C)/131/2020 on the present incumbent holding the post of Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Nagaland, therefore, he is required to be impleaded as a party in the COP(C)/1/2026. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed. 3. Mr. Tiameren Chang, Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Nagaland is accordingly directed to be impleaded as a party respondent no. 7 in COP(C)/1/2026. 4.
