Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it subsequently came to his knowledge that a bail application had already been 8led on behalf of the applicant by his brother through another counsel. He further submits that in MCRC No. 1017/2026, the same error was noticed and, vide order dated 30.01.2026, this Hon’ble Court directed its correction.
