The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.19281 OF 2026 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Representation dt.26.09.2024, declaring the aforementioned adjudication infructuous and non-est, in furtherance of expeditious disposal of the aforementioned pending adjudications and to pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents. 3. The simple prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation dated 26.09.2024. 4. As the representation was submitted on 26.09.2024, this Court is not apprised of its present status. 5. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of order, addressing all his grievance. On filing such representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
