Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, and taking note of the order dated 11.05.2023 passed by the third respondent / District Legal Services Authority in Victim Compensation Petition No.11 of 2022, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's case and take appropriate steps for release of the compensation amount, if it has not already been released, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. _____________ Page No. 2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.20283 of 2026 3.
