ORDER The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in C.C.No.04 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein he is charged with the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today, the defacto complainant appeared in-person before this Court and submits that she has decided to reunite with her husband who is arrayed as the sole accused. She further submits that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.04 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, is hereby quashed.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
