Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 8145 of 2026 dated. 05.06.2026, is modified and that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Thanjavur, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.” 4.
