ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.10681 of 2026 dated 22.06.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, it has not been even one month since the petitioner commenced complying with the said conditions.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P. (MD).No.10681 of 2026 dated 22.06.2026 at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
