Toshi Jamir. The instant application has been filed in W.P. (C)341/2023 praying for incorporating additional pleadings and for subsequent amendment of the writ petition. The learned Government Advocate Ms. S. Chang is present and has not raised any objection. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amendment which the petitioner would like to incorporate in the writ petition is set out at paragraphs 4,5,6 and 7 of the ap- plication herein. The Court has perused the same and the instant ap- plication is therefore allowed. The petitioner shall file an amended writ petition in- corporating the said additional pleadings and file the amended writ petition within one week from today.
