The petitioner(s), in Cr.M.P. No. 145/202022, have ?led this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the FIR bearing 3 Crime No.223/2021 and ?nal report No. 183/2021 and the entire criminal proceedings pending in Criminal Case No. 1235/2021 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba, District Korba, for the oBences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the IPC. 4.
