No. 100/2022, have ?led this petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short, the Cr.P.C.) seeking quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 222/2021 and the ?nal report No. 182/2021 and the entire criminal proceedings pending in Criminal Case No. 1236/2021 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba, District Korba, Chhattisgarh, for the oBences punishable under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, the IPC). 3. The petitioner(s), in Cr.M.P. No. 145/202022, have ?led this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the FIR bearing
3 Crime No.223/2021 and ?nal report No. 183/2021 and the entire criminal proceedings pending in Criminal Case No. 1235/2021 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba, District Korba, for the oBences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the IPC. 4. At the outset, Mr. K.K.Dewangan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions on the ground that recording of the prosecution witnesses have started and the trial is in progress. 5.
