Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.6(iii), by staying at Chennai and reporting before the Inspector of Police, F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.6(ii) as he has not filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the victim girl and her family members at any point of time. 3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No. 6(ii), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
