Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 – State, submits that the bank account of the petitioner has already been de-freezed and therefore, nothing further survives in the matter.
2. In support of the aforesaid averment, a copy of the petitioner’s bank account statement which contains a note regarding de-freezing of the petitioner’s bank account, has been annexed.

3. Taking note of the above, the grievance raised by the petitioner already stands redressed.
