Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar and in light of disclosures made in paras-11 to 13, the grievance of the petitioner has already been fulfilled. 3. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, where in paras-11 to 13, it has been stated that the award under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was not prepared at that time and neither the compensation was paid to the land owner. It has also been stated therein that the respondent authority has not taken physical possession of the land in question and further it has been stated that the acquisition process was not completed and time was already elapsed. 4. In view of the above statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit, filed on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, it transpires that the grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed.
