The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, it has not been even one month since the petitioner commenced complying with the said conditions. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.9818 of 2026 dated 25.06.2026 at this stage.
