Advocate For Respondent ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner’s representation dated 01.07.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 01.07.2024, seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 01.07.2024. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fifth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 01.07.2024, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the fifth respondent deems it fit to enquire. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
