Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the pending dispute in the present appeal has been settled between the parties in the pious spirit of Lok-Adalat. 2. In view of the above, and upon instructions from his client, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present civil first appeal. He further prays that the court fees so paid by the appellant may kindly be refunded to the appellant. 3. Heard. 4. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties in the pious spirit of Lok-Adalat, the present civil first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The court fees paid shall be refunded to the appellant. 5. The appellant is entitled for the refund of the Court fees Rs.9,250/- in terms of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of High Court of Judicature at Madras Vs. M.C. Subramaniam & Ors.1, therefore, the Registry is directed 1 (2021) 3 SCC 560 [2026:RJ-JP:11211] (3 of 3) [CFA-1310/2025] to prepare a certificate regarding the refund of the Court fees of Rs.9,250/- in favour of the appellant. 6. In view of the aforesaid discussion, the present civil first appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 7. The stay application and the other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
