Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ(s), or- der(s), direction(s), by directing the office of respondent no. 3 (SDO Pithora) or/and concerned respondent authority for rein- stating the service of petitioner by passing ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG 2 the order, within a time frame. And in alter- native prayer, the petitioner prays that the respondent authorities may kindly be di- rected to decide the pending representa- tions of the petitioner (Annexuer P/2), within a time frame. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondent authorities for its kind pe- rusal. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be suit- able in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was working as Patwari and was suspended vide order dated 30.03.2013 by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pithora, District- Mahasmund. He submits that even after lapse of about more than 12 years, petitioner is under suspension. Petitioner has earlier submitted a representation before the concerned authority for revocation of his suspension, however, no decision has been taken upon it till date. Therefore, direction be issued to Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue, Pithora, District Mahasmund i.e. respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for Respondents/State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record along with the writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering that petitioner has already submitted representation on 01.09.2020 and lastly on 12.11.2025, I 3 find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
