This is a revision challenging the order dated 12.05.2026 in Criminal Appeal No.52/2017 passed by Sessions Court, Yavatmal. The said appellate judgment confirms the judgment and order dated 30.10.2017 in S.C.C. No.4000/2004 wherein applicant is convicted. 3. As can be seen from the judgment of the trial Court, the said Court while convicting the applicant has granted an amount of Rs.3 lakhs towards compensation as contemplated under Section 357(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that 20% of the said amount is already 2 15 appr 122.26.odt..odt deposited in the Appellate Court. 5. In that view of the matter, the substantive sentence is suspended subject to condition of applicant shall deposit 20% of the amount of Rs.3 lakhs in this Court within three weeks from today. 6. Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail to be furnished before the trial Court.
