The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1140 of 2018, for offence registered under section 323, 498-A, 494 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned ACJM, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is arising out of complaint case and the petitioner happened to be husband and there are general and omnibus allegations of torture and demand of dowry. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the case is arising out of complaint case. 5. Considering that the matter is arising out of complaint case and the petitioner happened to be husband and there are general and omnibus allegations of demand of dowry as well as assault, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
