The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.6(iii), by reporting before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.6(iv) as he has not filed an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police that he will not involve in any offence in future, will not visit the occurrence village and will the disturb the victim or her family members at any point of time. 3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No. 6(iv), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
